Taylor Swift Shares Engagement Details
Taylor Swift is finally sharing some happy news about her engagement to football star Travis Kelce. It seems the Kansas City Chiefs player really put his heart into asking her to marry him.
Swift, who just released her new album called “The Life of a Showgirl,” talked about the special moment in a recent interview. She said Kelce made the proposal a dream come true.
“He really surprised me in the best way,” Swift told the host. “He built a beautiful garden behind his house just to ask me to marry him.”
Swift, looking lovely in a black dress, didn’t give away too many wedding details. She did say she wants to focus on her new music first and then start planning the wedding. “I think planning will be fun,” she said.
The engagement was announced back in August, after Swift and Kelce had been dating for two years.
In another interview, Swift revealed that Kelce even helped design her engagement ring. “He worked with a great jeweler,” Swift said. She had shown Kelce some of the jeweler’s work a while back, not knowing he was paying close attention. “When I saw the ring, I knew who made it, and I was so happy he listened to me!”
Swift’s new album also seems to hint at her feelings for Kelce. In one song, she sings about finding “the one” and makes references to Kelce’s podcast.
The couple shared their engagement news on social media with a cute message. It looks like the “Love Story” singer has found her happy ending with Kelce.
