Shemar Moore, the well-known actor from the show “S.W.A.T.,” is seeking privacy as he adjusts to being a co-parent. He recently shared his thoughts in an Instagram video regarding his split from his former partner, Jesiree Dizon.
In the video, Moore, aged 54, discussed the negative remarks people have made online about their breakup. He emphasized that despite their differences, he holds great respect for Dizon, stating, “I spent five years with Jesiree Dizon, and she’s an amazing woman for so many reasons.” He praised her as a “phenomenal mother” and noted their commitment to loving their daughter, Frankie.
Moore expressed his gratitude that Frankie gets to call Dizon “mom.” He feels reassured knowing that Dizon is actively involved in their daughter’s life, especially during times when he cannot be there due to work. He mentioned, “I know that our daughter is in good hands because Jesiree is handling her business.”
The actor maintains a friendly relationship with Dizon and reiterated that their focus is on their daughter. He said, “It’s not about anything but the children,” highlighting the importance of prioritizing Frankie’s well-being.
Moore also reflected on his new role as a father, stating that everything he’s achieved in life feels less significant compared to the joy his daughter brings him. “I ain’t never been a daddy before,” he remarked. “I am going to be the dopest father that that little girl has ever known because that’s the only reason I’m still here.”
As they navigate their new family dynamic, Moore is dedicated to being the best version of himself for Frankie, ensuring that she is surrounded by love and support. He confirmed that, while the couple has parted ways, they will always be loving friends and committed co-parents.
