A TV station in Sacramento, California, was shot at on Friday.
The Sacramento Police Department said that someone in a car fired shots at the ABC 10 station around 1:30 p.m. The bullets hit the lobby window. It’s not clear how many shots were fired, but at least three hit the building.
Thankfully, no one was hurt inside the building.
Police are still trying to figure out if this was a random act or if the station was targeted. They haven’t released any information about the car or the person who did the shooting.
The shooting happened one day after people protested outside the station because ABC stopped showing Jimmy Kimmel’s show. But, the police haven’t said if the protest and the shooting are connected.
ABC took Jimmy Kimmel Live! off the air after some companies complained about comments Kimmel made about Charlie Kirk.
