Lance Gross, a well-known actor, is getting ready to celebrate a significant milestone in his life—his 10th wedding anniversary with his wife, Rebecca Gross, this coming May. At 43, Lance is also busy promoting his latest film, “Sugar Baby,” which can be seen on BET+.
Reflecting on their journey together, Lance shares that the moment they tied the knot in Los Angeles back in 2015 feels as fresh as ever. He attributes the strength of their relationship to their solid friendship and open communication. “We always discuss things respectfully, even when we disagree,” he notes.
As a self-proclaimed romantic, Lance is excited to finally take a long-overdue honeymoon next month. He admits that, despite being a traveling family, they never had a chance to celebrate their marriage together. “We’re heading to Rome and Venice,” he reveals, adding with enthusiasm, “I love romance.”
Looking back on their past Valentine’s Day experiences, he recalls a special evening in Cabo where he surprised Rebecca with a beach dinner, even amidst a minor argument. “The look on her face when I surprised her was priceless,” he remembers fondly.
Despite the busy schedules, Lance prioritizes spending quality time with Rebecca. They maintain a tradition of weekly date nights every Thursday. “We explore new things together. We’re constantly dating,” he explains, which keeps their connection strong.
When it comes to being a father, he ensures family remains a priority, even when working away from home. Lance flies his kids to see him whenever possible to keep that close bond.
Recently, he celebrated the release of his film “Sugar Baby,” where he plays a wealthy man who becomes romantically involved with a younger woman. Lance describes his character as a fun role where he gets to embrace his playful side, which he loves to express both on set and at home.
Besides his upcoming anniversary trip, Lance also shares that he has a special tradition of yearly trips with his daughter, Berkeley. Their past adventure took them to Paris, and this year, they plan to create more memories, possibly in New York or Japan.
“Sugar Baby” is currently available for streaming on BET+.
