One of the top real estate agencies in Greenville, which is also the only Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in the Upstate, is rebranding.
Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty, established in 2011 by Joan Herlong, announced its new name on November 20. The change is intended to help the firm grow in the future, but Joan Herlong confirmed that there will be no change in ownership.
Originally started as AugustaRoad.com Realty in 2011, the firm became part of Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 and was previously known as Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.
“We are still a woman-owned business, but this change allows us to expand further,” Herlong stated. “It empowers our associates to develop their own brands and identities.”
