After a thrilling World Series victory, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were spotted celebrating the Los Angeles Dodgers’ win against the Toronto Blue Jays. The Duchess of Sussex shared a video on social media showing their excitement after the Dodgers clinched the championship in a dramatic Game 7.
In the video, reportedly filmed in their private home theater, Meghan is heard cheering as she goes to give Prince Harry a kiss while her friend, Kelly Mckee Zajfen, clapped in approval. Zajfen also shared the video, noting her team won. The couple was seen at Dodger Stadium for Game 4, both sporting Dodgers caps.
However, not everyone was thrilled. Some online critics called the display “fake” and “scripted.” Concerns were also raised about their seating at the game. The couple sat in front of baseball legend Sandy Koufax. Some felt Koufax, a Dodgers icon, should have been given a more prominent position. Broadcaster Howie Rose said Koufax shouldn’t take a back seat to anyone, especially at Dodger Stadium.
Despite the criticism, Koufax seemed unfazed, and was photographed interacting with Harry and Meghan.
