Concert Dates Canceled Amidst Investigation
Los Angeles, CA – Several upcoming concert dates for the singer d4vd have been removed from ticketing websites as authorities investigate the discovery of a deceased teenage girl in Los Angeles.
While police have not stated d4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is connected to the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, 15, the car in which her body was found has been linked to the singer. The teen was reported missing last year.
D4vd’s scheduled performance in San Francisco and a Los Angeles tour stop have been canceled. An appearance at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles has also been removed from the venue’s website.
The Houston-born singer began his North American tour in August and was set to perform in Europe in October. Several of his European dates have also been canceled.
Some dates in Sweden, France, Poland, and Australia are still available for purchase.
An unnamed representative for d4vd told news outlets that the singer is cooperating with authorities.
Rivas was last seen in April 2024. Her body was found in a state of decomposition. The cause of death has not been determined.
