Judge Lewis J. Liman ordered both parties to prepare for the trial, emphasizing the importance of addressing concerns related to pretrial publicity and conduct by attorneys. Lively’s lawyers argue that Baldoni’s attorney is attempting to influence potential jurors through the release of selected documents online, claiming this could damage Lively’s career and public image.
Baldoni’s legal representative, Bryan Freedman, responded by accusing Lively of trying to suppress the truth. He expressed that their side is committed to presenting factual evidence that counters Lively’s allegations.
