Amy Schumer, the comedian, recently showed off her slimmer figure in a photo shared on social media. She was at a Paul McCartney concert in Las Vegas with friends, wearing a black dress.
Her fans and fellow comedians quickly commented on her appearance, praising her progress.
Schumer has previously discussed using medications like Ozempic for weight loss. She admitted it had some bad side effects for her, leaving her feeling sick. She mentioned that while she lost weight quickly, she felt too unwell to enjoy life.
Ozempic is a drug initially made to treat Type 2 diabetes. However, it’s become popular as a weight-loss aid, even though it’s not always prescribed for that purpose.
Schumer has criticized other celebrities who she believes are using similar drugs but not being honest about it. She pointed out that many claim to be losing weight through diet and exercise alone, which she finds hard to believe.
In the past, Schumer also talked about trying another medication called Mounjaro. She said she had a better experience with it. She also mentioned starting hormone therapy for perimenopause, which she feels has improved her overall health and energy levels.
