Tom Holland’s Spider-Man Suit Changes Every Two Weeks
Tom Holland, best known for his role as Spider-Man, recently shared some interesting details about his iconic costume. In an interview with Esquire, he mentioned that he gets a new Spider-Man suit about every two weeks. This came up when the interviewer joked that the costume might start to smell after a while.
Holland, who is currently filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, said, “Yeah, it definitely does. I probably get a new suit every two weeks, I reckon.” This marks his fourth solo outing in the beloved franchise, with filming taking place in England and Scotland since August. Fans can look forward to the movie’s release on July 31, 2026.
The title Brand New Day was revealed earlier this year at CinemaCon, where Holland also confirmed this new installment. Throughout the filming process, Holland and Zendaya, his co-star and real-life fiancé, have been spotted on set in London.
Holland first appeared as Spider-Man in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War and has been increasingly involved in the creative process of the upcoming film. He expressed his desire to understand what fans want in a new Spider-Man adventure: “For me, I want to do justice to Peter Parker’s character… I want to bring the fans something that’s really worthy of their time.”
He noted that he took time to research fan opinions online to ensure that he could contribute meaningfully to the movie’s development. “I think we’re doing absolute gold now that we’re shooting,” he added.
Zendaya will reprise her role as Michelle “MJ” Jones, alongside co-stars Jacob Batalon and Jon Favreau. Additional cast members include Liza Colón-Zayas and Sadie Sink, with MCU favorites Mark Ruffalo and Jon Bernthal also on board.
As the release date approaches, excitement is building for what promises to be another thrilling chapter in the Spider-Man saga.
