Aaron Phypers Denies Domestic Violence Accusations from Denise Richards
Aaron Phypers has addressed serious claims made against him by his estranged wife, Denise Richards. In a public statement, Phypers clearly stated, “I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise—or anyone. These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful.” He went on to express that like many couples, they have had their difficulties, but any hints of abuse are unequivocally untrue.
Phypers also asked for privacy as they navigate these personal issues, hoping the public and media will refrain from spreading what he describes as harmful allegations.
Richards, 54, recently filed documents for a temporary restraining order against Phypers, 49. In her court filings, she detailed troubling incidents from their marriage. She claimed that Phypers frequently choked her, slapped her, and even made threats against her life, stating, “I was afraid that Aaron may kill me.” Richards mentioned she had been fearful to report him or seek help before due to threats against her safety.
According to Richards, the alleged abuse escalated between July 4 and July 14, causing her to feel terrified. She mentioned that past threats included him saying she would “disappear” if she contacted the police.
These allegations have drawn concern from fans, especially after a previous episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” where viewers noticed unsettling interactions between the couple.
The situation is sensitive, and many are hoping for a resolution that ensures both parties can find peace.
