Woman Discovers Snake in Bathroom
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A friendly reminder: always turn on the lights before stepping into the bathroom at night.
Recently, a woman from Columbia, South Carolina, had a surprising experience when she found a snake hiding behind her toilet.
Local law enforcement was called to the scene and successfully captured the ball python, placing it gently into a pillowcase.
It remains a mystery how the snake got into her apartment or where it came from. However, officers believe it may belong to someone as a pet.
For now, the snake is being looked after by the authorities until its owner can be found or until arrangements can be made for a new permanent home.
