Here’s a dose of reality they don’t want you to see. The liberal media’s at it again, twisting facts to fit their anti-American narrative, this time concerning a supposed “threat” from the Pentagon to the Vatican.
- Truth Prevails: Reports of threats debunked by both the Pentagon and the Vatican.
- Media Bias: Left-leaning outlets jumped to conclusions to push a false narrative.
- Constructive Dialogue: The meeting was a routine discussion on issues of mutual interest.
Fake News Falls Flat: Pentagon-Vatican “Threat” Debunked
The liberal media has been caught red-handed peddling falsehoods about a meeting between a top Pentagon official and a Vatican envoy. They claimed that Elbridge Colby, Under Secretary of War for Policy, threatened the Catholic Church. Fortunately, the truth is out, and it’s a major embarrassment for those pushing this fake narrative.
Respectful Dialogue, Not Threats: What Really Happened
The meeting, held back in January, was a normal discussion on foreign policy, morality, and global issues. The Pentagon and the Vatican have both confirmed that the conversation was “respectful and reasonable.” Cardinal Christophe Pierre, the Holy See’s then-envoy to the U.S., even appreciated the outreach. Ambassador Brian Burch stated that the Cardinal confirmed the reports were “fabrications.”
A Desperate Attempt to Smear Trump’s Legacy
Why this sudden interest in a routine meeting from months ago? Simple: the Left is desperate to undermine President Trump‘s foreign policy and his strong relationship with religious communities. They know that a strong America standing for its values on the world stage is a threat to their globalist agenda. They even tried to invoke the “Avignon Papacy,” a ridiculous attempt to suggest the U.S. would control the Church.
This fabricated controversy highlights the media’s willingness to smear anyone who dares to stand up for American interests. Vice President JD Vance correctly stated that conflict is inevitable between government and clergy. The American government is, first and foremost, beholden to the American people, not the dictates of foreign entities or international bodies. We must remain strong in our convictions and steadfast in defending our nation, even when it means disagreeing with others. The church does great work, but the security of the nation must always be the priority.
Are you surprised that the media is so eager to push a false narrative that divides America and its allies?
