A young man from Pennsylvania is in trouble with the law after his parents were shot. Sadly, his mother passed away.
The police were called to a house on Garrison Road in Freeport Township because of a shooting. When they got there, they found a woman who had been shot. She was rushed to a hospital in West Virginia, but she didn’t make it.
A man was also found at the house with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the same hospital and is now doing better.
The police say that the victims were a married couple, and the person who shot them was their 18-year-old son, Jarrod Noll.
After the shooting, Jarrod ran away. The police searched the area but couldn’t find him right away.
The police warned everyone that Jarrod might have a gun and could be dangerous. They told people not to go near him if they saw him.
Later, the police caught Jarrod in West Virginia.
Police used dogs, helicopters, and officers on foot to search for Jarrod.
The police said it was very dangerous to have someone running around with a gun and a warrant for homicide.
Jarrod’s younger brothers and sisters were at home when the shooting happened, but it took place outside. They are now being taken care of by a family member.
Jarrod is in jail in West Virginia and will be sent back to Pennsylvania. He is charged with homicide and attempted homicide.
