Celebrities Weigh In on Immigration Enforcement
Recent events involving immigration enforcement have sparked debate and strong reactions from various public figures.
Actress Natalie Portman described some actions by federal officials and the current approach to immigration enforcement as “the worst of the worst of humanity.” Her comments came in light of incidents including the death of Alex Pretti, who was shot by a Border Patrol officer in Minneapolis.
