New Government Files Show Emails Involving LA Olympics Leader
Los Angeles, CA – Newly released government documents related to Jeffrey Epstein include emails from 2003 involving Casey Wasserman, who leads the Los Angeles Olympics organizing committee, and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend.
The emails contain some suggestive exchanges. In one, Wasserman tells Maxwell, “I think of you all the time. So, what do I have to do to see you in a tight leather outfit?” Another exchange discusses massages, and in another, Maxwell asks if it will be foggy enough during an upcoming visit “so that you can float naked down the beach and no one can see you unless they are close up?” Wasserman responds, “or something like that.”
Wasserman has stated that he regrets the correspondence with Maxwell, which he claims took place before her crimes were known. He also stated that he had no personal or business relationship with Epstein, only a humanitarian trip.
Maxwell was found guilty in 2021 on multiple counts of sex trafficking and is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.
These documents were released due to a law requiring the government to make public its files on Epstein and Maxwell. Epstein died in jail in 2019 while facing sex-trafficking charges.
Wasserman is a prominent figure in the sports and entertainment world and played a key role in bringing the 2028 Summer Olympics to Los Angeles.
