On October 16th, a group of thieves dressed as construction workers pulled off a big robbery in Queens, New York. They stole jewelry worth a huge $3.2 million from a house.
The police said the robbers broke into the house, which is near 160th Street and 84th Drive in Jamaica Hills, around 2:20 p.m.
The thieves, thought to be three men, drove away in a blue Hyundai Elantra with the stolen jewelry and a safe. As of recently, the police are still looking for them. Two of the men wore construction hats and neon jackets to look like workers.
Security footage shows the men arriving in their car, covering their faces, and then going inside the house.
Thankfully, nobody was hurt during the robbery. The reason for the robbery is still unknown.
