Girl Injured in New Jersey Rock-Throwing Incident; Suspect Arrested

Teaneck Mayor Mark J. Schwartz assured the public that the girl is expected to make a full recovery. Garciamorales was apprehended at a campsite in Bergen County and is now in custody, awaiting his court appearance.
He faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and hindering.
The school bus was carrying third-grade students from Yeshivat Noam Jewish day school in Paramus after a field trip. A large rock shattered the bus window, striking the young girl.
School officials have expressed gratitude for the swift response from law enforcement and community organizations. Rabbi Chaim Hagler, Head of School at Yeshivat Noam, emphasized the importance of collaboration between schools, community leaders, and public safety officials.
