Appian Investments, a real estate investment group associated with NAI Earle Furman, has announced the completion of their first speculative building at Hunter Industrial Park in Laurens.
This new industrial facility spans 621,468 square feet and is designed for modern logistics needs. It boasts a 40-foot clear ceiling height, spacious column arrangements of 54 feet by 50 feet, and includes 2,500 square feet of office space. Additionally, the building comes with 136 exterior dock doors, four drive-in bays, 186 spaces for trailer storage, and 468 parking spots for vehicles.
Matt Beavin, managing director of Appian Investments, expressed enthusiasm about the project. He highlighted the collaboration with NAI Earle Furman, Laurens County, and the Laurens County Development Corporation, stating, “The combined experience and focus on detail led to the creation of a Class-A building. With top-notch utility services and excellent access to major highways, including Interstate 85 and Interstate 26, this facility sets a strong example for the park. We look forward to connecting with potential tenants interested in a premier space in Upstate South Carolina.”
