Lindsay Lohan, the famous actress known for her role in “The Parent Trap,” is sharing her reasons for moving away from Hollywood to start a new life in Dubai. At 39 years old, Lohan decided to leave behind the chaos of Los Angeles and embrace a more peaceful and ordinary life.
In a recent talk on “LIVE with Kelly and Mark,” Lohan expressed her relief at living far from the constant attention of the paparazzi. She highlighted how living in Dubai allows her to feel safe without the fear of her personal moments being interrupted. “It’s just a very normal life. I don’t have to worry about someone taking a picture of my son while we’re out to eat,” she stated.
Lohan discussed how different the privacy laws in Dubai are compared to California. In Dubai, photographers must ask for permission before taking pictures, creating a more respectful environment for families like hers.
Reflecting on her past struggles in Los Angeles, Lohan recalled how stressful it was to take her son to parks and other public places due to the ever-present cameras. In contrast, she feels more relaxed in New York and now in Dubai, where she can enjoy time with her family without the prying eyes of the media.
The star, who rose to fame as a child, admitted that her early career was often overshadowed by the relentless paparazzi, which she found frustrating. “Some of my work got lost amid all that fuss, and that’s annoying,” she shared.
Today, Lohan values family above all else. She emphasized how essential it is to prioritize her husband and son while maintaining a healthy routine. “Balance is key, especially when you have a kid,” she concluded.
As Lohan takes this new chapter of life, her focus is on finding peace and creating a happy, stable environment for her family.
