Kimora Lee Simmons has responded to claims made by her ex-husband, Russell Simmons, regarding their daughters.
The disagreement seems to have started when Russell Simmons posted on social media about payments he made to Kimora for 20 years.
Kimora Lee Simmons responded on her Instagram, stating that Russell’s claims were not true. She questioned why he was posting from a country where he couldn’t be extradited and suggested he should address the accusations against him.
Russell Simmons had written on social media that he gave Kimora $50,000 a month for 20 years. He also said he felt he was a good friend to her and a godfather to her other children until she allegedly took his stock. He claims that he has been fighting for his children’s love and his “bread” ever since.
Kimora Lee Simmons had mentioned that she doesn’t really have a relationship with her children’s fathers. She credits her friends and family for helping her raise her children. She stated that she is pretty much the main parent and that it can be difficult.
Kimora and Russell were married in 1998 and officially divorced in 2009.
