Kelly Clarkson has made the difficult decision to postpone the launch of her new Las Vegas residency. This announcement came just hours before she was scheduled to perform on July 4 at Caesars Palace.
In a heartfelt message on Instagram, Clarkson expressed her gratitude for her fans’ support while revealing that the preparation and rehearsals had taken a toll on her voice. She emphasized her desire to deliver a perfect show, stating, “I want the shows to be perfect for y’all and I need to protect myself from doing serious damage.”
Kelly Clarkson’s Las Vegas residency, titled “Studio Sessions,” was highly anticipated, featuring 18 performances planned until November 15. Despite her disappointment at having to delay the opening, she assured fans that the show, which showcases her musical talents along with skilled musicians, would be worth the wait.
Previously, Clarkson had expressed her excitement about returning to the Las Vegas stage, promising a unique experience by bringing the studio atmosphere directly to her performances. Now she will take this time to rest and ensure she’s ready to give her audience the best show possible.
