The beloved cast of Jersey Shore recently shared their thoughts on some of the most famous catchphrases from the show, which has been a hit for over 15 years. During an exclusive interview, they talked about their most memorable lines and how fans often call them out in public.
Jenni "JWOWW" Farley humorously mentioned her iconic phrase, jokingly saying, "Stay and get your ass beat! Kidding!" Meanwhile, Angelina Pivarnick shared her favorite line, "I’m a bartender. I do great things," highlighting the fun and memorable moments from their time on the show.
Deena Cortese recalled her more whimsical phrases, including "Merp," which she said many fans still remember and use. "I grew out of it, but it brings back good memories," she added.
The guys in the cast noted that their most popular lines often change depending on what’s trending on TikTok. DJ Paul D pointed out that currently, the catchphrase "God bless me, it’s summer" is quite popular among fans.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino mentioned that he frequently hears "T-shirt time" and "Gym, tanning, laundry" when he meets fans. Vinny Guadagnino added that the lines about the "grenade whistle" and "the cabs are here" are also fan favorites.
Exciting news also came from Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Justin May. The couple celebrated at a gender reveal party on the Seaside Boardwalk, where blue powder confirmed they’re having a boy. Sammi shared how special this moment was since she came of age in Seaside, where she and Justin met.
"I think we were just happy to have a healthy baby," Sammi said, emphasizing that they had a feeling it might be a boy. The cast is looking forward to celebrating their latest milestone as Jersey Shore: Family Vacation returns for its eighth season on May 29 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV.
