Jennifer Lopez Moves on from Marriage
Jennifer Lopez recently made headlines during her concert in Bilbao, Spain, where she declared she’s “done” with marriage. This statement came in response to a fan holding a sign that read, “J Lo, marry me?” While performing as part of her Up All Night tour, her first in six years, she spoke candidly with the audience.
Lopez explained, “I think I’m done with that. I’ve tried that a few times.” This comment reflects her personal experiences, having been married several times before.
Her first marriage was to Ojani Noa in 1997, which lasted until 1998. She then married Cris Judd in 2001 but they parted ways in 2003. In 2004, she married singer Marc Anthony, and they have twin children, Emme and Max, who are now 17. Lopez and Anthony divorced in 2014.
Additionally, the “On The Floor” singer was engaged to former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez from 2019 until their breakup in 2021. That year, she unexpectedly rekindled her romance with Ben Affleck, whom she had previously been engaged to from 2002 to 2004. They married in 2022, but Lopez filed for divorce just two years later, which was finalized in January.
In recent developments, Lopez and Affleck took their Beverly Hills home off the market after failing to sell it for a year. A source indicated that while they hoped to sell, they were reluctant to take a substantial loss on the property.
Lopez’s European tour will continue until August 12, wrapping up with a performance in Sardinia, Italy.
