Jennifer Garner Opens Up About Aging and Cosmetic Procedures
In a recent interview, actress Jennifer Garner discussed her experiences with cosmetic procedures, particularly Botox. The 53-year-old star revealed she tried Botox but wasn’t satisfied with the results. "If you’re considering injectables, make sure to find someone great and be cautious," she advised. Garner prefers to keep things natural, saying, "I like being able to move my forehead. It’s a big part of my face."
While she has thought about plastic surgery, medical professionals have advised her against it. Garner noted, "I’ve asked doctors if I should pursue surgery, and they’ve told me I’m fine as I am." However, she hasn’t completely ruled out the possibility for the future. "Who knows what I might think ten years from now?" she pondered.
Garner emphasized the importance of sunscreen in maintaining youthful skin, reflecting on her good habits from an early age. "I wasn’t a sunbather in my 20s, and I made sure to use sunscreen. The products today just keep getting better," she said.
The actress shared a positive message about aging, appreciating her current stage in life. "I’m grateful to be this age," she remarked. "I feel like I’m living in my power and wisdom. Aging is a gift."
Garner also offered insight to younger women contemplating cosmetic enhancements, urging them to take their time. "Look in the mirror less and think carefully before injecting anything into your face," she advised.
Overall, Garner seems content with the aging process, embracing it as a natural part of life. "I want to live to be 100," she concluded, "and I want to appreciate every bit of those years."
