Here’s the truth: the radical Left’s “ethical concerns” are jeopardizing national security. Now, one AI company is trying to dictate how our military defends America.

Hegseth Cracks Down on Woke AI
The Pentagon is facing off with Anthropic, the AI company behind the chatbot Claude. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is demanding they open their AI tech for unrestricted military use. Or else? They risk losing their government contract. It looks like the free ride is over.
Anthropic’s CEO, Dario Amodei, is worried about the ethical implications. He’s concerned about “unchecked government use of AI,” including autonomous weapons and surveillance. He seems more concerned about hurt feelings than stopping our enemies.
“Ethical Concerns” or Security Risk?
The Pentagon awarded contracts up to $200 million to four AI companies, including Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and Elon Musk’s xAI. Anthropic was first approved for classified military networks. It should be grateful, not defiant.
Hegseth is clear: he wants AI that operates “without ideological constraints that limit lawful military applications.” In his words, the Pentagon’s “AI will not be woke.” I’d say it’s about time. The Left sees no problem hamstringing our military with woke nonsense.
A History of Liberal Leanings
Anthropic isn’t new to playing the woke card. They’ve previously criticized proposals to ease export controls on AI chips to China. They seem more aligned with the Biden administration. It’s no surprise Donald Trump’s former AI advisor, David Sacks, accused Anthropic of “running a sophisticated regulatory capture strategy based on fear-mongering.”
The question is, where do we draw the line? Can we afford to let woke ideology dictate our national defense?
