Kamala Harris Reflects on 2024 Campaign in New Book
Former Vice President Kamala Harris is releasing a book titled “107 Days,” where she discusses her experiences during the 2024 election cycle. According to early reports, the book touches on a moment during an appearance on “The View” where she felt she made a misstep.
In the interview, Harris was asked if she would have done anything differently than President Joe Biden. She responded that nothing “comes to mind” and that she had been involved in most major decisions. Harris writes in her book that she immediately realized this could be seen as critical of President Biden and a boost to the Trump campaign.
The book also details Harris’ reaction to losing the 2024 election to Donald Trump. She expresses her deep concern for the future of the country upon learning the results.
Earlier this year, Harris announced she would not be running for Governor of California in 2026, after considering it.
