NFL Announces 2025 All-Pro Team: Stafford Honored
The National Football League has announced its 2025 Associated Press All-Pro Team, recognizing the league’s top performers. Veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford edged out rising star Drake Maye for the quarterback spot. Other unanimous selections included Myles Garrett, Puka Nacua, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Bijan Robinson was named the All-Pro running back, while Christian McCaffrey earned the All-Purpose designation. Ja’Marr Chase secured a wide receiver spot, and Trey McBride was recognized as the top tight end.
On the defensive side, Will Anderson Jr. and Micah Parsons joined Garrett as edge rushers, with Jeffery Simmons and Zach Allen selected as interior defensive linemen.
Stafford, at 37 years old, received 31 first-place votes, marking his first All-Pro selection in his impressive 17-year career. He led the NFL with 4,707 passing yards and 46 touchdowns.
“That’s amazing,” Stafford said upon hearing the news. “I did not see that coming… It means a lot.”
The Denver Broncos, the AFC’s top seed, had four players named to the first team.
The All-Pro team recognizes exceptional talent and dedication in professional football, highlighting players who have demonstrated skill and commitment to the sport.
