Lady Gaga recently shared some personal details about her time filming “A Star Is Born.” In an interview, the singer and actress mentioned she was taking lithium, a medicine that helps stabilize mood, during the movie’s production.
“A Star Is Born” marked Gaga’s first big role in a movie. She was nominated for an Academy Award for her acting and won for the song “Shallow.”
During that busy time, Gaga was also touring the world. She had to cancel some shows and said she needed psychiatric help. She explained that she “crashed” and needed a break, and that it was a scary time.
After that difficult period, Gaga met Michael Polansky. She says being with someone who truly cares about her has been a big help in her healing process.
Gaga has a new album out called “Mayhem,” and she’s currently on tour. Her fiancé, Michael Polansky, helped with the album, which has been nominated for several Grammy Awards.
Gaga and Polansky have been together for a few years now. They made their first public appearance as a couple at the Venice Film Festival. Gaga has said that during the pandemic, she was able to focus on her relationship and found someone who loves her for who she is, not just for her fame.
