A man has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming he was sexually assaulted at a party in Miami. The accuser, Joseph Manzaro, alleges that he was drugged and taken to a Star Island property owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan for the birthday celebration of Christian “King” Combs in April 2015.
According to the lawsuit, Gloria Estefan noticed Manzaro was not in good condition and called for an ambulance, but Emilio allegedly intervened. Manzaro recalls briefly seeing LeBron James, who commented about the situation. The complaint states that he was then taken through an underground tunnel to Combs’ mansion, led by former adult film star Adria English.
Manzaro claims that he regained consciousness in a room with Jay-Z and Beyoncé, with Beyoncé reportedly confused about why a half-naked man with a sex toy was present. Another individual at the party allegedly said it was a “punishment” ordered by Combs.
The lawsuit further claims that Combs directed that Manzaro be humiliated at the party, leading to him being dressed in revealing clothing and subjected to degrading acts. Manzaro also mentioned seeing jeweler Jacob Arabo before being moved away at Emilio Estefan’s request.
The suit describes the event as a “freak-off” and states that Gloria Estefan again requested an ambulance, but was silenced once more.
In response to the allegations, Combs’ legal team firmly denied them, claiming they are desperate attempts for attention and money. They expressed confidence that the truth would emerge in court.
While Emilio Estefan has been named as a defendant in the lawsuit, Gloria Estefan, Jay-Z, and Beyoncé were not included. The Estefans have also denied the claims, stating they did not host any parties at the property in question during the relevant time frame.
Jay-Z’s attorney asserted that Jay-Z was not present at the event and had evidence to prove he was elsewhere.
No immediate comments were received from James and Beyoncé regarding the claims. Combs, facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, has denied all accusations and is scheduled to go on trial for federal charges in May.
