Colin Farrell recently shared a story about his time filming “Minority Report” with Tom Cruise. He admitted that Cruise wasn’t too pleased with him one day on set.
Farrell explained that back then, he was dealing with some personal struggles. One night, he celebrated his birthday a little too hard and showed up for work the next day not feeling his best.
He said the crew tried to help him out, even offering him some drinks and cigarettes. Farrell managed to get through the day, but he confessed it wasn’t his finest moment. He had a tough time remembering his lines, and they had to do many takes to get it right.
Farrell said that Cruise, who he respects a lot, wasn’t happy about the delays. “Minority Report” is set in Washington, D.C., in the future. It’s about a special police unit that tries to stop crimes before they happen using people with psychic abilities. Farrell played a government agent who wasn’t so sure about the whole idea. The movie was a hit, earning a lot of money.
