Now, he prefers to save alcohol for special occasions, choosing a good wine with dinner instead of casual drinks.
Besides watching his alcohol intake, Crowe also uses a health program called Ways2Well, recommended by Rogan. This program focuses on preventative care and helps people take better control of their health. Crowe mentioned that he gets injections as part of his personalized plan, which have helped reduce pain and inflammation, making it easier for him to exercise.
