A woman in Florida is facing serious charges after allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior with a Chihuahua and posting a video of the act on social media.
Logan Guminski, 27, from Ocala, was arrested on March 21 and charged with committing sexual acts involving an animal and filming those acts. After her arrest, she was taken to the Marion County Jail but was later released after paying a $10,000 bond.
The investigation began when Major Crimes Detective Jordyn Batts received an anonymous tip on January 28, claiming that Guminski had shared a video on Instagram showing sexual activity with a dog. According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the detective found several images and videos linked to Guminski and the animal involved in the case.
During the investigation, Batts was able to verify that Guminski was indeed the person seen in the video. When questioned by detectives on March 21, Guminski reportedly described herself as a “content creator” who produces adult photos and videos for sale online. She allegedly admitted to making and sharing the video with another social media user who paid her $500 for it.
Guminski also claimed that she had been involved in sexual acts with another dog, indicating that videos of both incidents were still saved on her phone.
Detective Batts remarked that this type of case is not new to her, stating, “It’s always shocking… especially when you have to watch the video.”
As of now, court records do not show that Guminski has hired an attorney to represent her.
