Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has been learning from a fellow player, Joe Flacco. Burrow talked about what he’s learned from Flacco, as Burrow was expected to return to playing on Thanksgiving night against the Ravens.
Flacco has played in six games for the Bengals, filling in for Jake Browning, who took over when Burrow got a turf-toe injury. Flacco’s record is 1-5 in those games.
Burrow said that having someone like Flacco, who has played for a long time and has a different style of play, is helpful. He explained that he can ask Flacco for his thoughts on different situations and how he would react. Burrow added that he has been taking advantage of Flacco’s experience.
When Burrow was able to practice with the team again, Flacco watched him and they talked about how things were going.
Flacco said that Burrow looked good and that it was cool to see him back on the field. He mentioned that when they are both practicing, they talk about how they see different plays. Flacco also said that Burrow looked good.
Burrow also mentioned that the Bengals need to win most of their games if they want to make it to the NFL playoffs.
The Bengals hope that Burrow’s return and the insights he has gained from Flacco will help them improve their chances of winning and making it to the playoffs. The team and its fans are looking forward to seeing Burrow back on the field and are hoping for a strong finish to the season.
