Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker Spotted at Wimbledon
Former tennis champion Andy Roddick, 42, and his wife, actress Brooklyn Decker, 38, made a rare appearance together at the Wimbledon Championships on July 5. This outing was special as the couple, who married in 2009, showcased their enduring bond while enjoying the prestigious tournament.
Roddick, known for clinching the US Open title in 2003, has a storied history at Wimbledon, where he reached the finals three times but unfortunately lost to Roger Federer each time (2004, 2005, and 2009). For this event, he looked sharp in a gray blazer paired with navy pants and a purple and green tie, reflecting Wimbledon’s colors.
Decker complemented his look in a stylish navy outfit featuring white pinstripes, perfectly matching Roddick as they took in the thrill of day six at this iconic tennis event.
The couple shares two children: son Hank, 9, and daughter Stevie, 7. They began dating in 2007, got engaged the following year, and have built a loving family together ever since.
Roddick, who retired from professional tennis in 2012, has expressed a mix of pride and longing regarding his career, particularly about not winning Wimbledon. Despite his regrets, he remains proud of what he accomplished during his 12 years on the tour. As he reflected, “I rest well at night.”
