A tragic accident occurred in Anderson, South Carolina, where a man lost his life after falling from a cherry picker. The incident took place around 1:50 p.m. on Sunny Lane in the Centerville community.
According to the Anderson County Coroner’s Office, the victim was 51-year-old Daniel Christopher Brown Sr., who had been trimming trees for a homeowner at the time of the accident. Emergency responders were called to the scene after reports of a man who had fallen into a nearby creek and was in cardiac arrest.
Despite attempts to save him, Brown was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner has ruled his death as accidental.
