Construction is set to begin soon on two new industrial buildings on Zimmerman Road in Spartanburg, thanks to $28.4 million in construction financing and $12 million in joint-venture equity that has been secured by Avison Young. This financing is on behalf of RealtyLink, which plans to build two 230,000-square-foot structures on a 78-acre site located at the crossroads of interstates 26 and 85. The first phase of these projects is expected to wrap up by late 2025, while the second phase could see the development of a nearly 420,000-square-foot custom-built facility.
