Allegiant Airlines is set to introduce a new nonstop flight connecting Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) starting on February 13, 2025.
This route will be available twice a week, operating on Thursdays and Sundays throughout the year.
Dave Edwards, the president and CEO of the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District, expressed excitement about the new service, stating that it will enhance access to Florida’s beautiful west coast, a sought-after destination among travelers. He believes that travelers from the Upstate region will be eager to take advantage of this new opportunity with Allegiant Airlines.
In addition to the new Sarasota route, Allegiant also provides flights from GSP to several other popular locations, including Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and St. Pete-Clearwater.
