A 12-year-old boy is facing serious charges for allegedly shooting a 14-year-old in Richland County, South Carolina. According to the sheriff’s office, officers were dispatched just before 7 p.m. on November 11 to a location on Ranch Road, where they discovered the younger boy with multiple gunshot wounds. The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office reported that on October 24, while Officer S.
